• Patient Information: Name, phone number, location, and medical appointment history.
• Doctor Information: Name, phone number, medical registration details, PAN, and Bank Account details.

2. Location Usage

We collect coarse and fine location data (GPS) to show patients the nearest available doctors and clinics. This data is only used for matching purposes within the app.

3. Payment and Payout Data

We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway.

• Patients: We do not store your credit card or UPI details on our servers. All transactions are securely processed by Razorpay.
• Doctors: We collect your Bank Account Number, IFSC code, and PAN securely to process payouts via Razorpay Route. This financial data is shared strictly with our banking partner for settlement purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

All user data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication). We employ industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted service providers (like Razorpay for payments and Firebase for hosting/notifications) strictly to facilitate app functionality.
